May 28 - June 1, 2012


Reading - Students are continuing to work on comprehending the difference between fact and opinion and compare and contrast.  


Writing - Students continue to work on sentence fluency while journal and letter writing.  


Math - Third graders are working on multi-digit multiplication.  Second graders are working on measuring by inch, foot, yard, and centimeters.


Social Studies - Students are working on needs and wants, goods and services, and supply and demand.

Science -  We finished our rock unit with a trip to the Halquist Rock Quarry.
