Reading - This week
we will work on describing how characters in a story respond to major events and challenges. We will
continue to work on making text-to-text, text-to-self, and text-to-world
connections along with asking relevant questions to show deeper understanding.
On Monday and Friday we will be working in the computer lab on an individualized reading
program called Achieve 3000. Achieve 3000 provides students with high interest news articles at their reading level. After reading students answer questions and write (type) a response to a related question.

will be reviewing using capital letters for names, titles, "I", and in book titles.
